Cancellation/Returns/Refund Policy

An order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after 2 hours cannot be cancelled as the order will be processed for shipping. A request for cancellation can be made by writing to info@voyagerhealth.in, please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

For Defective Products:

 

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

 

For Incorrect Products: Please email us at info@voyagerhealth.in within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

 

We only accept return requests in this category in the following cases:

  1. The product has not been opened or used, and

  2. The manufacturer’s factory security label on the packaging is intact.

 

 

For Products Damaged by the Carrier: Please email us at info@voyagerhealth.in within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

 

We only accept return requests in this category in the following cases:

  1. The product has not been opened or used, and

  2. The manufacturer’s factory security label on the packaging is intact.

 

For Products Defective in Any Other Way: Please email us at info@voyagerhealth.in within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

 

We only accept return requests in this category in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing Defects

  2. Damages related to incorrect use & usage wear & tear are not eligible for returns.

 

Once a return request is initiated, a Returns Management Number will assigned to your request and we may require you to provide images supporting your claim for return request.

 

Once a return request has been accepted, we will schedule pick-up of the items you wish to return, free of cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected to determine the authenticity of the claim, upon satisfactory confirmation, the return is marked complete and is eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds are made with 15 business days once the return is marked complete. Refunds are made to the original mode of payment only, less GST. Shipping costs (if any), will not be refunded.

 

 

For “Customer Remorse”:

 

When you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item:

 

We only accept return requests in this category in the following cases:

  1. The product has not been opened or used, and

  2. The manufacturer’s factory security label on the packaging is intact.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SINGLE-USER PRODUCTS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND PROVIDED IT IS NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S FACTORY SECURITY LABEL IS STILL INTACT.
